Emergencies – Fire and Medical Assistance
In case of emergency, notify Reception immediately. You can also dial 112 for: Medical emergencies, Fire emergencies, Police assistance.
For additional fire safety information, please refer to the instructions posted on the back of your room door.
Please follow fire safety rules:
- Do not use electrical heating devices in the room;
- Turn off TV, radio, air conditioning, and lights when leaving the room;
- Do not smoke in the room;
- Smoking is prohibited in the hotel;
- It is forbidden to keep flammable substances in the room;
- Do not cover lamps with paper or fabric.
REMEMBER!
In emergency situations, the use of elevators is strictly prohibited!
Fire Instructions
If the fire is in your room:
- Notify Reception immediately;
- If you cannot extinguish the fire yourself, leave the room, closing doors and windows;
- Notify hotel staff or people in the corridor;
- Leave the dangerous area and follow the instructions of hotel management or firefighters.
If the fire is outside your room:
- Notify Reception immediately;
- Leave the room after closing doors and windows;
- If corridors and stairs are filled with smoke and you cannot exit, stay in your room and open windows;
- Cover your mouth and nose with wet towels or sheets to avoid smoke inhalation;
- Inform Reception of your presence.
Earthquake Instructions
Stay near a load-bearing wall, closer to the center of the building or door frame; Avoid windows, balconies, and corners. If you are on the 3rd floor or higher, remain indoors until aftershocks stop. Do not use the elevator. After the earthquake, leave the building and stay at least 50 meters away.
